When difficult-to-break materials enter the crushing chamber, the toggle plate breaks first, thereby protecting the valuable parts of the machine (such as the movable jaw, body, etc.) from damage.

(1) The toggle plate is broken. Reasons: The size of the discharge opening is too small, causing the material to be blocked; ironware passes through the equipment; the toggle plate and the toggle plate pad are not parallel and skewed; the casting has serious casting defects. Solution: Adjust the size of the discharge port to prevent material from being blocked; set up an iron blocking device to prevent broken iron from entering the crusher; replace the toggle plate and replace the worn toggle plate pad, install the toggle plate correctly; replace the qualified toggle plate .

(2) The toggle plate seat is seriously worn. Reason: The mixing of foreign matter causes the wear of the toggle plate seat. Solution: Clean foreign matter at fixed points and regularly, check whether there is any foreign matter mixed into the toggle plate seat every two days, and promptly add grease to lubricate the toggle plate seat to prevent the mixing of foreign matter.

(3) The toggle plate falls off. Reasons: The size of the fed material is too large, causing it to fall off due to impact; the spring tension is insufficient; the material feeding position is unreasonable, causing the material to directly act on the upper movable jaw body cover, causing the liner to fall off. Solution: The supply of materials must be uniform and of reasonable size. The feeding position must act on the rear wall of the hopper and must not directly hit the upper movable jaw cover; adjust the reasonable spring tension. 

(4) The toggle plate is bent and broken. Reasons: The tension of the tension spring is insufficient; the particle size of the feed material does not meet the requirements; foreign matter is stuck at the bottom of the crushing chamber; the installation of the toggle plate is not standardized and unreasonable. Solution: Adjust the tension of the spring; control the size of the feed material; set up a detection device for foreign matter obstruction in the crushing cavity to promptly remove iron or other foreign matter; the installation of the toggle plate must have a smooth and flat surface, and the maintenance of the toggle plate seat must be in place in a timely manner. 

(5) The toggle plate support pad produces impact sound. Reason: Insufficient spring tension; the support pad is worn or loose. Solution: Adjust the spring force or replace the spring; tighten or correct the support seat.
