Tuning - Peek valve seat

Hi, i am looking to replace the valve seat in my bullboss because after 5 years of heavy use it is leaking. I would like to use a peek plastic valve seat as the gun is ported to .184 . Does anyone on the forum make these or know where I can purchase one? I do not have the tools needed to make one myself.

Polyether Ether Ketone.... It is harder and stronger than Delrin, and therefore better for large valve throats at high pressure.... Delrin can extrude into the throat past about 0.266" throat diameter at psi.... so that is about the limit.... PEEK is a bit more difficult to get to seal at low pressures and diameters, you need to narrow up the seat to get the stress on the material high enough.... Google it to find a source.... I got mine from a friend, no idea where he got it.... There are also glass-filled versions of both Delrin and PEEK that are stronger than the pure material.... and the top of the line is carbon-filled PEEK, but it's VERY expensive....
